Allergy season is officially upon us, and this brings those pesky symptoms, such as: itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing and many more. Dealing with allergies can be frustrating, and many people are at a loss as to how to combat the symptoms of allergies to live the healthy lifestyle they want.

An important thing you can do to relieve pressure from your head is to massage the fluid out of your face/head for proper lymphatic drainage.
